Terms & Services

The following Terms of Service, Membership Rules, and Privacy Policy apply to all members and users of the Space A Hub platform and the KelleHER Club commuter accommodation program.

Terms of Service

Membership Eligibility
Membership is restricted to approved active flight crew members. Space A Hub reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate memberships at its sole discretion.
Membership Billing
Membership is billed automatically at $40 USD per month. Each monthly membership payment becomes a $40 room booking credit valid for 90 days from the date of payment.
Booking Credits
Membership credits may only be used for eligible room bookings through the official booking portal. Unused credits expire automatically after 90 days and are non-refundable.
Bookings and Cancellations
Members are responsible for managing their own bookings and cancellations through the member portal. Space A Hub reserves the right to enforce cancellation deadlines, booking restrictions, and no-show policies.
Member Conduct
Members agree to behave respectfully toward other members, guests, neighboring properties, and janitorial staff. Disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Property Use
Accommodation is provided exclusively for approved members and authorized use. Unauthorized guests, subletting, or commercial use of the property is prohibited.
Payments
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Square. By making payments through the platform, members also agree to the applicable payment provider terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
Space A Hub is not responsible for loss of personal property, travel disruptions, flight schedule changes, or circumstances outside of its reasonable control. The proprietors of Space A Hub are not liable for personal injury sustained whilst members are at the properties.
Changes to Services
Space A Hub reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, booking procedures, or accommodation availability with a minimum of 30 days notice.

Membership Rules

The KelleHER Club — Membership Rules

Membership Eligibility
The KelleHER Club membership is limited to approved female Southwest Airlines Flight Attendants using the KelleHER Club for commuter accommodation purposes before or after trips, reserve duty, or approved short-term work-related stays.
Temporary Base / Extended Stay Usage
The KelleHER Club is not intended to be used as a permanent residence or full-time living accommodation. Temporary DEN base or extended work-related stays may be approved subject to availability. Members may be asked to provide their work schedule to verify commuter-related usage.
Membership Billing
Membership is billed automatically at $40 on the 1st day of each month until the member chooses to opt out of membership. Memberships may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Stopping your membership
Members may choose to end their membership at any time. Members must choose the calendar month they wish to end their membership. Any unused booking credits can be used up until their stated last month of membership.TipPlan to use any credits as soon as possible.
Booking Credits
Each monthly membership payment becomes a $40 room booking credit valid for 90 calendar days from the date of payment. Expired credits are automatically removed and are non-refundable.TipPlan to use any credits as soon as possible.
Bookings and Cancellations
Room bookings may be cancelled up to 2pm of the booking date being cancelled. These cancellations will receive a future booking credit for the value of the room that was booked. Bookings cancelled after 2pm of the date booked will not receive a cancelled booking credit and the booking fee will be forfeited.TipPlan accordingly and cancel earlier than 2pm on the day of your booking.
Shared Spaces
Bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, laundry, and other shared spaces must be used respectfully and kept clean for other members.
Linen and Storage
Members are responsible for laundering their own linen and towels using the Club House laundry facilities. Linen and towels should be stored in labelled tubs or lockers between stays.
Room Departure
Rooms should be vacated by midday, cleaned, and cleared of personal belongings for the next member. Members may remain in the house during the day but may not stay overnight without a valid room booking.TipCheck the House Status page online to see if the room you occupied last night has been booked by another member tonight.
Member Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully toward other members, neighboring properties, and Club management. Repeated rule violations, misuse of the booking system, disruptive behavior, or unauthorized overnight stays may result in suspension or termination of membership.
